Straight answer
Every Horse Boost package carries a 60-day money-back guarantee that starts on the delivery date. Opened and partly used bottles are covered. Email [email protected] with your order number and the refund goes back to the card you paid with.
There is no restocking fee, no requirement to return unopened stock before the refund is approved, and no retention script waiting for you.
How to claim it

Email us within 60 days of delivery
Write to [email protected] with your order number in the subject line. One line of explanation is welcome but not required.

We confirm and send return instructions
You will hear back inside one business day with the return address in Latham and a reference number to write on the parcel.

Send back what you still have
Opened, partly used, or unopened, all of it counts. Return shipping is at your cost; we do not deduct anything else.

Refund is issued on arrival
We process the refund within 2 business days of the parcel reaching us. Card issuers usually post it in a further 3 to 7 business days.

Why sixty days rather than thirty
Because thirty would be dishonest. Two-thirds of buyers who notice anything do so between weeks three and eight, so a 30-day window would end in the middle of the period where most people are still waiting. A guarantee that expires before the product can reasonably be judged is a marketing device, not a guarantee.
