Shipping, tracking and returns
Straight answer
Horse Boost orders leave our fulfillment desk within one business day and reach most U.S. addresses in three to six business days. Shipping is free on the four and eight bottle packages; the two bottle package adds shipping at checkout.
Returns run through the 60-day guarantee: email [email protected] for a reference number, then send back what you still have. Opened bottles are included.

Orders placed after 2:00pm ET on a business day, or at any time over a weekend or public holiday, are dispatched the next business day. Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories usually take two to four days longer than the continental figures above.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed as soon as the carrier scans the parcel, which is usually the evening of dispatch. If the tracking has not updated within 48 hours of that email, write to [email protected] with your order number and we will open a trace with the carrier. We do not make you do that yourself.
Address changes and failed deliveries
An address can be changed while the order is still with us, which is usually the first few hours. Once the carrier has it, we cannot redirect it, but we can replace an order that a carrier confirms as lost. Parcels returned to us as undeliverable are re-shipped free once you confirm a corrected address.

We reply inside one business day with a reference number and the returns address at 118 Cohoes Road, Latham, NY 12110.

Write the reference on the parcel and send back what you still have, opened bottles included. Return postage is at your cost.

We refund within 2 business days of arrival. Your bank usually posts it in a further 3 to 7.
Damaged or incorrect deliveries are handled without a return: send a photograph and we replace or refund it. The formal terms are in the refund policy, and the plain-language version is on the guarantee page.
