Privacy notice
Corvane Health Sciences, Inc. operates ihorseboost.com. This notice explains what we collect and what we do with it. It is written to be read rather than to be defended in court. Effective August 2026.
Who is responsible
Corvane Health Sciences, Inc., 42 State Street, Suite 900, Albany, New York 12207, registered under New York DOS ID 5488-2019. Privacy questions go to [email protected] and are answered by a person, not a queue.
What we collect, and why

We do not collect health information, we do not ask for it, and we ask that you do not send it in a support email. If you need advice about your own health, that conversation belongs with your clinician.
Payment data
We never see your full card number. Payment is processed by the authorized checkout provider, which handles card data under PCI DSS. What reaches us is the order, the amount, the last four digits and the authorisation result. Nobody at Corvane Health Sciences can retrieve a card number, which is also why we will never ask you for one by email or phone.
Cookies
This portal uses a small number of functional cookies to keep your session working and a single session-storage flag to remember that you dismissed the offer bar. Aggregate analytics may set a measurement cookie. We do not run advertising trackers, we do not sell audience data, and we do not build profiles across other sites.
Who else sees your data
Three categories only: the checkout provider that processes payment, the carrier that delivers your parcel, and the email provider that carries our support correspondence. Each receives the minimum needed to do that job. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data, and we have no arrangement under which anyone pays us for access to it.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email [email protected] and we respond within 30 days, usually far sooner. Where a deletion request conflicts with a legal retention obligation, for example tax records on a completed sale, we will tell you exactly what we must keep and for how long, and delete the rest.
California residents may exercise rights under the CCPA, including the right to know and the right to delete, and we do not discriminate against anyone for exercising them. We have not sold personal information in the preceding twelve months.
Security
Traffic to this portal runs over TLS. Order records sit in an access-controlled system, and access is limited to staff who need it to fulfil orders or answer support. No system is perfect; if we ever became aware of a breach affecting your data, you would hear from us directly rather than reading about it.
Children
Horse Boost is a product for adults and this portal is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors, and we delete it if we discover we have.
Changes
If this notice changes materially, the effective date at the top changes with it and the change is described here rather than absorbed silently.
