Terms of sale and use

These terms govern your use of ihorseboost.com and any order placed through it. By ordering, you accept them. Effective August 2026.

Who you are contracting with

Corvane Health Sciences, Inc., registered under New York DOS ID 5488-2019, with its registered office at 42 State Street, Suite 900, Albany, New York 12207. Throughout these terms, we and us mean that company.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or over and ordering for delivery to a United States address. Horse Boost is formulated for adult men and is not intended for anyone under 18, or for anyone pregnant or breastfeeding.

Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we send the dispatch confirmation, not when payment is authorised. If we cannot fulfil an order, for instance because a package is out of stock or an address cannot be served, we cancel it and refund in full; we do not substitute a different package without asking.

Pricing

Prices are in U.S. dollars and are stated on the packages page. The four and eight bottle packages include U.S. shipping; the two bottle package adds shipping at checkout. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. If an obvious pricing error appears on the site, we will contact you before dispatch rather than shipping at a price neither of us intended.

Payment

Payment is taken in full at checkout through the authorized encrypted gateway. Every package on this portal is a one-time charge. There is no subscription, no auto-renewal and nothing to cancel later.

Delivery

Dispatch is within one business day and typical U.S. delivery is three to six business days. Delivery estimates are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Full detail sits on the shipping page.

Product use and health

Horse Boost is a dietary supplement, not a medicine. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and these statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Take one gummy a day as directed on the label. Authorized distribution

ihorseboost.com is the authorized manufacturer distribution portal for Horse Boost™ for the 2026 production cycle, and it is the primary point of reference for order fulfillment, batch documentation and product verification. This portal is the only channel through which we sell. We accept no responsibility for products bought elsewhere, and the guarantee does not extend to them.

You may not republish substantial parts commercially, scrape the site systematically, or present our content as your own. Editorial content is information, not medical advice.

By submitting a review you confirm it reflects your genuine experience and you grant us permission to publish it with your first name, last initial, age and city. We do not pay for reviews, do not offer discounts in exchange for them, and do not edit their substance. We may decline to publish content that is abusive, off-topic or identifies a third party.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and the courts of that state have exclusive jurisdiction. This does not remove any statutory protection available to you where you live.
